In March, he organized a conference called “UU-A Student Summit 2022” attended by 53 students from Japan and Africa who presented a variety of topics.
UU-A Student Summit broadcasted on NHK Interviews about UU-A Student Summit to graduate students of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Kenya) and Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (Tanzania), with Prof. Kumiko Sakamoto (UU-A Sub-leader and School of International Studies, Utsunomiya University) was broadcasted in Swahili Radio on NHK World Japan and Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBA) on 10 April (8:30 East Africa time).
