The new series of international symposia 2022-2023 will start in September. The first (fifth in total) of symposia held on 30th September will focus on agri-business in Kenya, which exports high-quality cut roses to the world. Dr Kenji Yamane (Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Utsunomiya University), Ms Megumi Hagiuda (Director of AFRIKA ROSE), and Dr Eric MWORIA (Meru University of Science and Technology, Kenya) will give lectures. In particular, Ms Hagiuda is the founder of AFRIKA ROSE ( https://afrikarose.com/ ) and will talk about her career and entrepreneurship. "International Market of Cut Flowers and Challenges"
