In September 2023, Prof Shinzo Yokota (UU-A Team Leader) and Prof Tomohide Natsuaki (UU-A Coordinator) visited Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and Meru University of Science and Technology in Kenya to discuss the UU-A programme. At Meru University of Science and Technology, they paid a courtesy call on the Vice Chancellor, Prof Romanus Odhiambo, and held a Global Management Certificate award ceremony.
