The Japanese Embassy in Tanzania held a ceremony to award the Foreign Minister’s Commendation1) to Mwalimu Christopher Kiranga Rufo, a Tanzanian botanist, for his contribution to ” Promotion of academic exchange through Botany between Japan and Tanzania”.
